1. Introduction

Miracles Studio Bots ("we," "our," or "us") provides a dual-platform bot ecosystem connecting Discord and Telegram. This Privacy Policy details how our software applications collect, process, and retain data for users interacting with the bots, support tickets, and clipping campaigns.

By inviting our bots to your servers, joining support sessions, or registering as a clipper, you consent to the data practices described herein.

2. Information Collected

Our bots collect and store information required strictly to execute their advertised tasks:

We collect unique user IDs (e.g. Telegram User ID, Discord Member ID), usernames, and display names to handle commands, permissions checks, and identify assigned staff.

When starting a support session, the intake wizard stores information you input (name, company, request details, budget, deadline) and any document or image files uploaded. We log conversation message timestamps to execute the relay system.

Clipping accounts store linked social usernames (TikTok, X, Reels, YouTube), verification codes, submitted video links, verified view metrics, pending wallet balances, and payout configuration details (PayPal handle, USDT or USDC addresses).

3. How Data is Used

All stored variables are utilized strictly for core functionalities:

Synchronizing support sessions between Telegram clients and Discord staff.
Verifying social media account ownership via bi-directional description scans.
Evaluating video analytics (views count) to calculate USD rewards and compile leaderboards.
Restricting VC player functions to members in the same Voice Channel.

4. Data Retention & Security

We host collections on secure MongoDB instances. Support ticket messages are stored in database records for historical review and audit logs. General moderation infractions and warnings are retained until manually cleared by server admins.

All sensitive tokens (like Bot secrets and payment addresses) are locked behind isolated server environment configurations.

6. Your Rights & Deletion Requests

Users have complete control over their recorded metrics:

Clippers can unlink social channels using /clipper removeaccount or remove submissions with /removevideo [url].
Clients can request complete deletion of closed support histories or wallet accounts by contacting support@miracles.studio or opening an admin ticket.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting Miracles Studio Bots to a server, interacting with our Telegram intake portal, or participating in reward campaigns, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to follow these Terms & Conditions.

If you disagree with any portion of these conditions, you must immediately remove the bots and stop submitting clips.

2. Bot Usage Rules

Users must interact with our commands responsibly. Prohibited behaviors include:

Spamming prefix or hybrid commands to overload voice client connections or API requests.
Bypassing locks or channel restrictions using exploits.
Invoking translator, AI chatbot, or paste functions to output vulgar, hateful, or abusive content.

3. Support & Relay Conduct

Our intake wizard and Real-Time relay system exist to handle legitimate project commissions and business inquiries. Spavvming support lines, uploading malicious executables, or using support chats to harass staff is grounds for immediate ban from the bots across both Discord and Telegram.

4. Clipper Campaign Compliance

Affiliates participating in clipping campaigns must adhere to strict guidelines. Failure to follow these rules will result in immediate forfeit of wallet balances and account ban:

You may not use bots, view exchanges, paid advertisements, or engagement schemes to artificially boost view metrics on campaign videos. Views must represent organic, platform-driven user traffic.

All clips must be edited by you according to the rules of the campaign. Lazy reposts, uploading identical videos across multiple profiles, or ripping other clippers' edits is strictly prohibited.

Earnings are calculated based on verified views and the campaign's specified conversion rate. Wallet balances can only be requested for payout once the minimum withdrawal threshold is met. Staff reserve the final right to review, reject, or recalculate pending payouts if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our bots and services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee continuous uptime, voice player stream stability, or immediate staff response times. We are not liable for any account actions taken by Discord, Telegram, or third-party social networks (TikTok, X, Instagram) in connection with bot usage.
